I dont like Owen personally

Which makes your opinion biased. If you don't know how rotation works then take a look at Chelsea who have four strikers and every one of those strikers will play this season.

There is no "1st" choice with Benitez, there are players who give different options and possibilites depending on who we face.

I don't want MO to come back, but Rafa would not say he wanted him to join even if he was his top priority. It'd just bump the fee up.

Everyone seems to forget how clever Rafa is - correct me if I am wrong apart from Nando we did not know about any signings till they arrived at the club, imagine if he had publicy stated interest in Alonso, Real, Barca, etc would have moved as well.

I really think we will have a couple of good signings, although I do share everyone's frustrations that we are the Champions of Europe and we have not signed Joaquin, SWP, etc

The last time Owen was spotted at Anfield was as an acne -faced teenager. A few players from Italy have been spotted at Melrose. I think they were from the Dalmation coast
