Warnock playing in a dress? - Kit sizes

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Howdie,

With all the intense convo re:monkey chanting etc, i thought of a lighter topic to have a little chat about!

How comes the likes of the :censored: chelski, manure (and to a point cska last night there) kits seem to actally fit the players and they look half decent (not the kit jus the way they actaully fit the player) where as all lfc players look like the playing in XXL SIZES and hang off them like dresses so they look like half the team had them tucked in, like their old dears have tucked them in before walking out.

Poor warnock last night. he looked like he was wearing a handmedown shirt from his older and fatter cousin.

I'd like to see some stylishly fitted shirts on our team, so when we do the business we look the business

We know how tight our board is so maybe they think by giving the team xxl shirts they'll "grow into them"

I've been on a tour of Anfield.  I was told this when I was in the changing rooms.  The players are given two shirts before every game, one short sleeved, one long sleeved.  They are all one size, and that size is Extra Large.

Tough sh!t if you're little I suppose.

That's the truth.

no he's a grave robber :D

sorry judge dandy definition - "A dandy is a man who rejects bourgeois values, devotes particular attention to his physical appearance, refines his language, and cultivates his hobbies. A dandy emulates aristocratic values, often without being an aristocrat himself, thus such a dandy is a form of snob. The practice of dandyism was a counter-cultural habit that began in the revolutionary 1790s both in London and Paris"

Warnock was definatly not dandy :p :p

the shirt was a bit large i agree, maybe hyppia ruffed him up in the dressing room and slightly stretched it.

i think warnock does a great job at LB, and with a bit more communication and link up play with riise he could be another ashley cole. he could make really good runs down the left and riise should be looking to slot in behind him for cover. they could work really well together, hopefully they come good as im not to impressed with zenden TBH.
