Top 10 :D

10. Pulp Fiction - Took me a couple of watches before I realised the scenes were not in chronological order :p

9. Seven - Superbly made and edge of the seat stuff.

8. Road to Perdition - Best cinematography for years and a different slant on the "mafiosa" genre.

7. My left Foot - Daniel Day Lewis at his best.

6. Godfather - An epic saga

5. Life is Beutiful - Italian Film about the relationship between a Jewsih father and his 6 year old son during the holocaust.

4. Apocalyse Now - Sheer madness in Vietnam !

3. Shawshank Redemption - A modern day classic and worthy of any top 10 film list.

2. One flew Over the Cuckoo's nest - Won all 5 of the Top Oscars (Actor , Actress, Film, Dircetor and producer)

1. Papillon - Steve McQueen and Dustin Hoffman star as fellow prisoners in a French penal colony in the early 1900's. 3 hours of film genius and a must see film.

Seen that Gary, a couple of my mates are talking about a holiday in Brazil.  Bo!!ocks to that mate, not going there EVER after seeing that film!!!  One of the best films I've seen though.  Our David's got this TV series on DVD called City Of Men which was either inspired by or the idea behind City Of God.  I can't ask him cause he's on holiday.

And Aliens, not being funny, but when people talk about scary movies, you can stick your Elm Street, Hellraisers, vampires, werewolves and Candymen up your ar$e, the true scariest films ever made are the first two Aliens films.

That Xenomorph is definitely the scariest creature ever to hit celluloid.  Anyone disagree with that?  I've been known to wake up from nightmares in the past on more than one occcasion because one of the bitches has been chasing me.  Now that's fu*king scary.
