Is it me or is everyone else sick of redialling when calling the ticket office, I've been trying all morning to get Sunderland tickets and it's still engaged, luckly my boss is cool with me doing this cos I'm still working.

Personally I think that should have some type of queuing systems rather than everyone always redialling :angry:

I couldn't agree more. Why don't they get more lines/operators? (At least it's not as bad as Everton.)

At least someone agrees, surely they get complaints but the ticket office has been like this for years and theit switch board has even crashed in the past with the volume of calls

If you have your fancard number can't you apply online?

Yeah but they only reserve 500 tickets per game for online sales, also they limit one ticket per game and I don't really wanna go on my tod
