As far i'm aware the priority ticket scheme is available to 10,000 members who have first option (after season ticket holders but before general public) of approx 5,000 league home tickets therefore you are more or less guaranteed to see half the home games during the season as you have a 1 in 2 chance of getting tickets once they go on sale. Not too sure of exact figures but i think it costs between £35-£45 to be a priority member and i think you have to register before the season starts.
