I need help!

Please use this forum for general Non-Football related chat

For the past week I've only been getting at most four hours of sleep and not being able to sleep even though I'm sleepy.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  :(  :(

I didnt sleep much last night either, watched Creep a new horror movie then couldnt sleep thinkin are we going to get 4th, are we going to win on sunday and tomorrow night :sleepy:

all the old favourites, some warm milk, yoga, bit of self hypnotherapy. stress relief needed. u need to chill.

imagine a waterfall.. imagine every last detail. as u r doing this stretch your legs, then arms as mucha s possible then relax them, to give u the feeling of weightlessness. now in the waterall, focus strongly on a single drop of water as it falls down. now relax. repeat if eneded and if possible play some kind of soothing music gently in the background.
This may well work.
if not, smoke a big fat dooby

thanks, it works for me. tell your feet to sleep, then your legs etc. dont say it out loud or that would be really weird, especially if you were on a plane.

eventually your body is asleep and just your head is awake, then your head falls alsleep
