why should we sell him if he continues to perform like yesterday??

what more do we want?

sell him if he's not good enough. at the moment, we all know its only early, but he's doing the business. why sell a player if he can "do the business." also, why speculate on what he "might be like." we dont know what he's gonna be like. give him a chance if he's playig well.

this is annoying me now, everyone was calling for his head when he was a no-hoper at centre back (where he shouldnt have been getting played). now he's putting in some good performances in at centre mid and people are still saying he needs to be sold. i dont understand. what is it you want him to do???

His buy out clause is a stupid price, but Liverpool aren't skint and without breaking the bank too much, isn't it about time we went out a bought a player of his quality.

potter and welsh as centre mid?
why sell biscan, hes a good squad player, big picture people
we sell if we get a good price, a fantastic price, but biscan is a good squad player, defence or attack, he'll do good. he actually reminds me a bit of a real young jamie carra

are you really saying that Potter or Welsh could have done that job last night??

get real man, those players need nurturing, not thrown in at the deepend. look how out of depth Warnock was at Olympiakos. he's a good player but needs time and more low profile games, just like Welsh and Potter.

im agreeing with then morrison man, we need depth, and biscan can gie us that. im not saying hes the worlds best but hes improving and did a great job for us last night

I agree Jim_morrison..... That welsh and potter are to inexperienced to play in that kind of game, but I don't think Biscan is gonna be good enough for this club, if you want to win things you can't play a player like Biscan in your team.... Your saying he has put in some good performances, he has only put in one and that was yesterday. Look to the future if we want to win things we need to have better quality of players than Biscan.

Biscan is only good since his recent performances are above par and over everyone's expectation, which was VERY good since we missed alonso, gerrard, and cisse and he gave a significant contribution to our overall performance. but ideally, biscan still has a long way to go to fit-in the expected liverpool standard.

you're wrong. if he didnt play yesterday we probably wouldnt have won. he created the goal and was the best player. we might not be in the second phase if he wasnt playing last night.

with your reckoning, we can do it by playig the younger players and "signing someone." the young players cant do it and there's no guarantee we can find someone who'' start playing straight away.

OK Biscan may not be the best midfielder in the world but he is fourth choice cover in that position!
Would you like to splash out 7 million on a player who will not play very often?
He did a good job for us last night and should be used when others are unavailable!
If rafa has faith in him then so do i as Mr Benitez is showing that he knows more about football then this entire forum !!!!
So lets see what he does and support that and the players he puts faith in!

Ha so your saying Biscan won us the game now, I agree he played well but he never won it on his own, I haven't mentioned about putting the young players in the team yet I actually agreed with you saying they wasn't ready........I thing after one game you are getting a bit excited............by the time the January window opens Gerrard and Alonso will be back to fitness fingers crossed, and then we can buy a quality midfielder in because have you seen the state of our subs bench, with Diao and your best mate on it Biscan.

With alonso and gerard in the first team we have hamman as cover and then biscan!
Why do we want another midfielder??

hamman and biscan are more than adequate cover. we dont need new cm until gerrard or hamman leave. biscan had a good pre season and was also affective in the millwall game. the more he plays the better he will become but with a full strength squad he wont get those chances. playing like last night every time he is called on would be a great bonus to the squad
