Rafael Benitez is looking forward to the return of Antonio Nunez as prepares for the next stage of the Anfield revolution.

Nunez will be fully fit soon after recovering from keyhole surgery and, when he is, Liverpool fans will be treated to some of the best football they have seen at Anfield in recent seasons.

"Nunez is just starting to run again and we can't wait to get him started," said Benitez. "It is important for us to have this kind of player - someone like Nunez is quick and good in the air.

"You can switch players from one side to the other - Riise, Kewell or Garcia on the left and Nunez, Finnan or Gacia on the right.

"Good wingers with midfielders who can pass the ball. It's exciting. My idea is to play very wide at home. With two wide players our two strikers can have more space to run."

Well this gives us a small amount of info on Nunez. Benitez believes that Nunez is a quality player and so far Garcia and Alonso have looked promising. I feel Nunez will be the same, looking forward to seeing him play.

I amn dying to see him in action, though i can't imagine him being as good as Alonso and Garcia, by no means do i expect him to be a dud, but i don't find it reasonable that everyone thinks he can adapt as fast and Xabi and Garcia have.

Certainly going to be alot expectation on him considering the impact of Alonso and Garcia.
Though how good he turns out to be compared to what we currently have as RM options is important thing
