I'm thinking about how I do stupid things sometimes, which I end up deeply regretting. Why do I never get a voice in my head at the time which says " You don't want to do this, it would be a mistake....you will regret it".

How come I always end up reflecting on things afterwards and thinking "why the hell did I do that'?  :(

well im not one of those deprived suicide kind of people, but ive got a lot on my mind at the moment with uni and more personal things!

i try to keep myself upbeat about it all though :)
