The supporters of this club owe Kenny Dalglish a huge debt of grattitude for the pleasure he has brought us in the past, and the way he and his family have supported the friends and relatives of the 96.Kenny will always be thought of wih great affection and admiration for his football skills and loyalty to the club its players and its fans. Now lets just hope those calling the shots dont rush in to anything head first and make an appointment we all live to regret.

Welcome back fella ....but I strongly disagree mate ..The Liverpool I remember has always thrived on the strong bond and close relationship with
their fans, and equally strong ideals ,but now those traits that made us unique have all but dissipated with the subsequent betrayal of the fans by
the owners .....I believe we're virtually dead in the water mate ,just another club that will make up the numbers.

The owners aren't right ,they never were, they were just really good at hiding mate ...   :(

I don't think there are any names being mentioned that will satisfy our expectations. Martinez sounds like the most likely candidate but I think back to Woy & how people looked at the achievements at a smaller club & we tried to apply that here. That sure as hell did not work! Doomed to fail from day one.

The new manager could not have a tougher task in my opinion. Everything will be against him after Kenny's sacking. I'm sure there will be a lot of resentment for whoever it is & their reception will be a very cold one. My main concern is can a new manager work with Kenny's squad of players? Kenny could not work it out after 1 season and he signed the bulk of players in the first 11.

apparently we are changing the management structure at the club, the new manager will be more of a coach.
it wont work, once the results start to go pear shaped again everyone will be blaming everyone else, the system will be blamed, there will be arguments about who signed who and in the end we`ll be back at square one because everyone will be sacked again.
apart from ian ayre of course.

apparently we are getting 2 DoF`s, one to look after player development and the other to run the club admin.
i think they are making this up as they go along.
either that or they`ve been on the phone to that billy beane again.

it definately 100% wont be benitez now with these new structures that have been announced.
we are getting 2 DoF`s, 1 for player development and 1 for the admin side, they will work alongside the new manager or `coach`
it`s going to be a yes man, they want someone who can work as a part of a management team.
it`s going to be a farce
