about making a few changes to the forum and he was wanting to know what we had in mind?

Ive put forward to him that we were looking to get rid of the following parts of the Forum

Advanced Debate (Restricted Access Forum)
The Players Lounge
The Kop
Football Related Polls
Non Football Related Polls

If anyone wants top keep these OR would like anything added in place of the above then now is the time to shout. Nothing is changing at the moment until we all agree on it.

Apart from that is there anything else that people would like to see on the forum? Would you like to change the look of the forum? New Smileys? New picture at the top? Suarez to come around to your house and watch you while you are on the forum??

Hold up DD, I appreciate you're looking to "improve" the forum but when you say

who exactley are the WE ? , I don't remember being asked if I wanted to get rid of the sections you've listed.

As it happens, I agree with three that you've nominated BUT the poll sections although now somewhat in decline were once areas of interest and amusement, who's to say that when the mood of the forum changes they won't again be a valuable asset ?

I feel a poll coming on !

Well I was just going on what people were saying in different topics, nothing is set in stone so thats what this is for, to see what people would like to keep/lose/add to the forum.

Theres going to be a poll isnt there

well keep the General Chat section, but combine World Wide Discussion and Premiership discussion into a single forum

we could do with getting the paint brushes out and get rid of the grey, if its possible.

as for the layout im not too bothered how its changed.

I got agree with big Dog about Poll section, it maybe bit run down at momemt but it does have some classics.
Besides Its always amusing when someone has dummy spit because they put a poll in main forum and its gets moved.

You would better off getting rid of introductions forum.
New people or banned members returning as alter ego can just announce themselves in General Chat.
This would also make it easy for lazy perves to try and chat up and usually scare away any new female members

was thinking...wouldn't it be cool if we named one of the chat rooms after Drummer Phil? Dunno on the name...but something that kept his name in the title (Phils banter room, Phil's bar or something) would be great!

i generally agree with the removal of The Kop and Players Lounge discussions. many threads started there do not get the same attention as those threads in the main disc section anyway.
