The biggest sole change that would benefit me the most would be to port the forum to a different forum hosting service. One that is iPhone native. Ikonboard is quite ancient now.

I know isn't a massive possibility but I would be interested in the costs involved in porting it over. If it isn't that much I'm sure contributions could subsidise it.

I don't go on my iphone, but if it were a mobile-phone friendly forum probably would all the time if I'm honest.

Smart-phone friendly means the layout is adjusted automatically to allow quick and easy reading and writing in topics.

The forum works on the iPhone you just have to constantly zoom in all over the place.

I couldnt be bothered using my phone for the internet all the time. If it was my only acess to the internet I'd cry

I did use it on the last day of the transfer window tho, sometimes it has to be done

Same on the Blackberry, which sucks bigtime. Reading the Takeover Talk thread on a Blackberry was the pinnacle of "SUCK". What made it eclipse being just unbearable was the sigs everyone was using. 8x10 pics of T&T in various poses and mockups.

TBH I don't think removing or renaming any areas is going to suddenly generate traffic. It is what it is.

Personally I think the main reason why it died down was because of all the plebians on here with the anti rafa nonsense a few years back. You reap what you sow, and now you come here moaning it's quiet.

No offence to anyone meant by that, was just an observation.
