Although i dont agree with what most people are resorting to saying, i understand how they feel and its all his own doing.

No matter the outcome he will regret this decision until the day he dies.

I'd reconciled myself to losing him in the summer but was really hoping we could keep him until the summer and it would have been great to see his partnerhip with Suarez but it doesn't look like we'll get to see it. I am regretting getting tickets for the Chelsea game next Sunday though, it will be like a dagger in the heart to see him in a blue shirt.

Absolutely imperitive we bring a striker in when he goes otherwise we're stuck with the untried Suarez who could take some time to settle, Ngog and part-timers Kuyt and Babel to do the job upfront. Anelka makes perfect sense and i think the club are foolish if they don't include him in the deal. He's ready made to come in and hit the ground running, has voiced his affection for the club, and lets be honest, letting him go all those years ago was a big mistake. I think he's got a few more years in him at the top.

Agree with Bav on the McCraechen shout, this lad has got a very bright future and i was thinking he would be a good shout on the plane home. He's one of the brightest young centre-mids in the country along with James McCarthy at Wigan.

I'd be happy (for want of a better word) enough with 42-43 million + Anelka I guess.

Dude, last time I heard Babel left to hoffenheim. :D

i am out of the loop! Only been back an hour, I thought it had fallen through! What did we get for him in the end?

this is a great idea actually. as long as we can give a left back the number 9 shirt it means nobody has to throw theirs away. everyone's a winner/

His namesake said he was a red - Torres, Torres
I'd rather walk alone he said - Torres, Torres
We got a left back in for free
It meant we could keep our jerseys
He's Daniel Torres, Liverpool's number 9!  :D

I think your song could use a little work, otherwise I love it!

Haha I have no idea if he will be here or not come tuesday.  If not, I want Llorente in his place, tho I highly doubt that will happen.

If he goes, who will he be playing with 2-3 years down the line, the Chelsea boys will be on the pension.

who is to say they will even qualify for the champoins league ? they have spurs/city playing better than them..

I reckon he will be back in Spain within 3 years.

But you never know. Roman could decide to go out and buy the league again.

We are still here at melwood. So is Torres. Sadly it's now so dark that if he does come out we probably won't see him!

The only other person we think may still be in there apart from Torres is commoli, but not entirely sure to be fair.

people are upset, and rightly so.
