Absolutely imperitive we bring a striker in when he goes otherwise we're stuck with the untried Suarez who could take some time to settle, Ngog and part-timers Kuyt and Babel to do the job upfront. Agree with Bav on the McCraechen shout, this lad has got a very bright future and i was thinking he would be a good shout on the plane home. He's one of the brightest young centre-mids in the country along with James McCarthy at Wigan.

I'd be happy (for want of a better word) enough with 42-43 million + Anelka I guess.

Dude, last time I heard Babel left to hoffenheim.

If he goes, who will he be playing with 2-3 years down the line, the Chelsea boys will be on the pension.

who is to say they will even qualify for the champoins league ? they have spurs/city playing better than them..

I reckon he will be back in Spain within 3 years.

But you never know. Roman could decide to go out and buy the league again.
