Yeah lets blame one of the games most coveted strikers for not being able to fit into Roy's blueprint .....Carlton Cole would have no such problems being an integral part of Hodgsons master plan ... but he would struggle like fuck if the manager deemed playing football the way forward .....

And here we go again. Playing the blame game. Hodgson has ruined most of our players form and self belief with nightmare tactics and training methods from the stone age.

It is almost unbelievalble to read som of the stupid comments in this forum. Torres is the best striker in the world on form and fully fit. Hodgson is isolating him up front with ten slow boring players in defence never offering any real support.

mate, clearly most of us think that Torres doesn't look @rsed to play for us anymore.

We can blame the manager for a lot of things, I probably would agree with all of it, but clearly Torres looks like he wants to go, he is a shadow of his former self.

Yeh me too, I love torres to bits and I really hope he proves me wrong, he might play better under another manager, but will he hit the same form as 2007?

In an ideal world id keep Torres and buy 2 more top quality strikers but in the situation were in i think the money we could recieve 4 him and what it could do 4 us in rebuilding our squad with young quality talent is better 4 us in the long run. I just cant see him every shaking off his injuries before we decline so much he will leave anyway. Id love, love to be proven wrong with both Torres & Gerrard but i cant see that.
