At least he plays with wingers and he does get good results, unlike uncle Roy.

Do you know what ive been having a nosy at quite a few Liverpool forums this evening at threads exacly the same as this one , and i have never in all the time as a Liverpool supporter seen so many not wanting him here , The majority on most of the forums want him gone and im taling big majoritys , Most match going reds want him gone, Id say at this moment he is a more unpopular manager than Souness ,

5,000 Zulus and we've only got 5,001 bullets.

Yes I agree, at 19th place you can see the whites of their eyes but I'm not the owner.

So uve killed be4? What the hell r Zulus?

the zulus are a kind of african birds, a distant cousins of the ostrichs.
beautiful birds, tasty meat.

I think your getting your films mixed up. :D

Its stupid to have the bloke who won us our last league at the club in any other capacity than manager with how we have started under Roy.
Kenny till the end of the season, with the chance to make it his own. What have we got to lose? We only have to stay up, give him the chance he wants.

I have honestly never in living memory felt this kind of feeling towards a manager or for that matter player connected with Liverpool Fc ...I think it only goes to show that the current incumbent has no defining qualities which would endear him to the fans .... and equally no signs of any tactical nous needed to propel us up the table .... posters keep saying he is a nice man but surely this in itself is a myth ...a truly genuine fella surely wouldnt include that arrogant c unt Ferguson as a close friend ....surely they would also proffer a lot more patience in press conferences where an air of calm is essential when being a spokesman for this Great Club of ours ...I think they call it a dignified approach ... I have yet to see this with Roy and the outburst about the Danish  at his latest conference only serves to indicate his complete lack of humility ....... sorry but he simply cannot be the man to represent our club ...we deserve better than to watch a man  drowning with every ill advised  sound bite

I voted yes, put Kenny in as caretaker until the season and see how we go. At the very least Dalglish will have the respect of the players and the fans. See how we do with Kenny until the end of the season, then review the situatiuon again in the summer.

Why is it ridiculous and pathetic? Surely if an overwhelming majority feels this way, it says something about the manager, that he really isn't up to be a Liverpool manager.

Not sure if its been mentioned but as soon as NESV took over Hodgson's contract began a 28 days 'release clause' where by the new owners can dismiss him for something in the region of a years salary. This was written in and he signed it with Broughton. If we go over that 28 days then he will be entitled to a proper pay off should we decide to part company. In effect this means he must produce or its on a plate for NESV to can him, and in many ways the clause hints that we have actually hired a caretaker manager who had to prove himself early doors or be the victim of the contract clause. I personally dont think he will survive this pressure period and NESV will act whilst the opportunity is there.

Broughton said it this week did't he?

That's to Friday 12th November then, in which time we play:

24/10  Blackburn H
31/10  Bolton A
04/11  Napoli H
07/11  Chelsea H
10/11  Wigan A

So Roy could sign off with a win?

The contract clause is quite well reported and clearly without that information I do not have Hodgsons paperwork to hand no  :glare:
