Banners have always been a mainstay of the Liverpool FC Supporters armoury and over the years fans have created and displayed some great banners.

My personal fave is ""WINE FOR MY MEN, WE RIDE AT DAWN"

closely followed by "WHAT WE ACHIEFE IN LIFE ECHOES IN ETERNITY".

The Wine one has been recently retired and is to be displayed in the new LFC Museum when the new stadium is built.

Would be interested to know your personal faves.

I've tried sending a pic of it to LFC but his Hotmail account is FULL (probably with Porn) again !!!!

nah i got it, it's fantastic.

the reason my account is always full is cos hotmail only has 2mb storage and those pics you send me take up like 30% of the storage.

I remember one in the Ani Road end last season which read 'Heskey not good enough for LFC', they must have made them take it down cos later in the game you couldn't see it from the Kop.

Ive got a soft spot for the joey jones one

Also the what we achieve in life

I did a banner once Rushy La
Ian 26 Dixie 20 It went up in the last derby game on the Kop although the paint was still wet!!
He scored as well so we altered it with spray but that well irritated some guy as some got on his hair
