All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing

I think it is the sign of how far City has come that Kalou and also Paul Scholes from United have come out and criticised them. The big clubs only really pay attention and try to wind up those clubs they think are going to fight them for the title. So is this a sign that Manchester City can win the Premier League? The squad Roberto Mancini has assembled at Eastlands looks capable of mounting a serious challenge for the title, and with plenty of funds available Mancini's squad-strengthening hasn't necessarily stopped yet. Of course, so many players brought together in such a short space of time is always going to be a worry - if those doubts weren't there I believe City to have a squad of players easily on a par with what both Chelsea and United can boast.
