I think your aspirations are a little too rose-tinted themselves mate...

Considering at least "some" of our key players are likely to depart after the world cup, be it SG, Masch, possibly Torres..etc...there's feckall to spend on new players (or not ENOUGH !)...that pretty much sums it up

plus a whole post without mentioning Birmingham's proximity to us in the tableregrettably you still have a propensity to collide when swerving would have been far more sensible , but then we all cant be good drivers

nice to see you're willing to give him a chance.

because i'm shocked, and saddened, that a lot of people on here supported Rafa/our players more than they support Liverpool FC. In fact, there a few here who can't wait for a possible meltdown, just so they can say "I told you so".
It's wrong Reg. Football is about supporting your club during the highs AND the lows. No manager, player, or owner is bigger than the club. If you think they are then you have no idea about our football team.
What's more, some people on here are not even prepared to give a new manager a chance.
If people don't like it, why don't they go support Inter or Chelsea? Either that, or shut up with the negative posts.
Zara, why don't you go follow Rafa to Inter, you clearly lovehim more than our football team.
great post. sums up my feelings exactly. whether or not the players are leaving we have yet to see because everything is speculation right now and no one has anything concrete because of the WC.
manager wise, well, so what if its Roy or Mark Hughes or whoever? it's the club we support. after all, the irony is that those who preach about how no one is bigger then the club are making it seem exactly the other way round.
and yes, some people should ask themselves if they support Rafa FC or Liverpool FC. they know who they are.
