only asking as i had real bad toothache and 2 gals at work said that tootheache was in fact the worst pain known to anyone and they would rather give birth than have real bad toothache.

a kick in the balls, and child birth can kill, so i reckon its between those two. However, toothache with abcess is most excruciating indeed

I think i seen a poll somewhere, along the same lines and "ear-infection" was the worst pain
Tooth abcess /infection was close second.

Taking one in the nuts, for sure. It has to be God's ultimate design floor. You get the impression that he forgot about them, stood back to admire his work on Adam, spotted them on his tablle and said "Oh B0ll0x!". Then he found a bit of unused skin (unused because it had got all wrinkly) and stappled them underneath where no-one would notice the mistake.
