Hello people Dom here....

I have been browing thru numerous other football forums (dont worry this still my second fave) and spotted a few interesting things

Well i will get straight to the point, why not have a forum awards ceremony every six months or so?
...it can be a new part of th forum in th general board, it is pretty simple too there will be lots of different awards (wittiest member, best poster etc) and all that u have to do is creat a poll or each cateory and by the nd of the 6 months the winner will be awarded.

Well i just thought i wud make a poll and see what every1 thinks !!

SUPER IDEA BUT FOR ONE THING,CERTAIN MEMBERS HAVE 7,8,9 EVEN MORE ALTERNATIVE IDENTITIES THAT CREATES A PROBLEM WITH A POLL COUNT.IF THESE COUNTS WERE MADE BY A POST THEN IT IS EASILY IDENTIFIABLE BY THE MODERATORS,AS WE CAN SEE EVERYONES IP No.

Roberts and Beavis have the same IP address, don't they?

OH FOR ******-S SAKE WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE ME AND ROBERTS AND DOM REGULARLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME PCS IF YOU CHECK ME AND DOM HAVE THE SAME IP NUMBERS FROM TIME TO TIME!......
SO I SUPPOSE THAT MAKES ME DOM, DOM ME, BEAVIS DOM, DOM BEAVIS ETC ETC?
SO HOPEFULLY NOW THAT HAS SETTLED THAT ******-I-N-G STUPID MATTER AT LAST!... :angry:

AND YOU CAN ******.ING CHECK THE ACTIVE USERS LIST COZ ALL 3 OF US HAVE BEEN LOGGED IN AT THE SAME TIME ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS!

hmmm well i thought it wud need more work anyway, maybe the poll thing isn't the best idea?? :;):

but the Private Message way might be a good way to do it

The moderators (and me) cud pick the nominees and put them in a new topic, and they all have to state the reasons to the other members as to why they should win the award.....

what you think??

It was just a suggestion, and I think it is quite a good idea too!!!

Dom I think it's not a bad idea at all. Will it be like a Yank year-book from school where they vote stuff like "person most likely to end up gay" and so on?

A little light-heartedness goes a long way and under those circumstances a bit of vote-rigging never did any harm. Nice idea, not often an Evertonian manages that. :;):
