Reina - 6 Very easy game for him but made a crucial save late on.
Kelly - 6 Solid.
Skrtel - 6 Solid.
Kyrgiakos - 7 Helped immensely to deal with their aerial presence.
Agger - 7.5 Lovely to watch at times.
Johnson - 6 Solid.
Lucas - 8 I thought he was class throughout
Aurelio - 6 Very tidy and never seemed to be out of position, he surprised me a bit.
Meireles - 6.5 Scored the goal but apart from that, for me, he was very subpar.
Gerrard - 7.5 Thought he did well for most of the game hopefully he can maintain this form
Kuyt - 7.5 Did extremely well for us up top.

Subs
Suarez (Aurelio) - 7 Not much time on but he showed me a lot of what's to come.
Shelvey (Meireles) - 6 Always full of confidence this lad.

Reina - 7 Not much to do but made one good save. Also did well in moving the ball whenever we passed it back to him.
Kelly - 7.5 Great runs down the side and solid defending.
Skrtel - 6.5 Didn't feck up for the first time in a while

Kyrgiakos - 7 Caused all sorts of problems offensively and was solid in the back.
Agger - 7 Solid in the back.
Johnson - 7 Made some decent runs and a decent header almost went end. Solid in the back as well.
Lucas - 7.5 I thought Lucas had a great game to start, looked more like Alonso to me.
Aurelio - 6.5 Was just too quiet at times.
Meireles - 6.5 Didn't start too well and got lost, but great goal.
Gerrard - 6.5 Wasn't bad but wasn't of Gerrard standard
Kuyt - 8 Proved that he deserves to play for this team. MOTM

Suarez (Aurelio) - 7.5 Got over the nerves and was composed. Looks great and scored.
Shelvey (Meireles) - 6.5 Just didn't really get involved.

Reina -6 not much to do bu alert when needed
Kelly - 6 both wingbacks needed to venture forwards more, bit dissapointed, but solid defending
Skrtel -6 solid and another clean sheet
Kyrgiakos - 6 Always an aerial threat even if not the best with his feet
Agger -7 Such a class player, helped the attack build from the back, good to see
Johnson -6 Thought he could've been more aggressive when going forward, but defended well.
Lucas -7 Class act, great pass percentage, good hustle, well done lucas
Aurelio -5 Flop of the match for me, too quiet and provided nothing special
Meireles - 6 Good goal, lively, not his best game for me but did well enough
Gerrard - 7 After a dissapointing outing at fulham was back to his best today, was everywhere
Kuyt -8 MOTM for me, class front play, back in form maybe?

Subs
Suarez (Aurelio) -6.5 After some nervy early touches started to give something special, hope he gets awarded with his debut goal
Shelvey (Meireles) -6 Looked solid and calm in possesion but didn't influence the game too much

Reina - 6.5 Wasn't required much but made a good reaction save when it counted.
Kelly - 7 Still a lot of room for improvement IMO but I love the enthusiasm and he had one fantastic cross
Skrtel - 6.5 Not much to say. Decent defending, a couple of bad passes.
Kyrgiakos - 7.5 Dominated Carew for most of the match. Looked really up for it and could have scored.
Agger - 7 Honestly didn't notice him much this match, which means he did a good job.
Johnson - 6 Not a bad performance, but at times he really looked like a poor man's Martin Kelly. Odd thing to say, that!
Lucas - 8 Unsung hero kind of performance. Looked like the second coming of Alonso at times.
Aurelio - 6 I honestly have no idea how he played!
Meireles - 6.5 Lovely goal, but looked sluggish and clumsy for most of the match.
Gerrard - 7.5 If he had scored, this would have been the most entertaining Stevie performance in a long time.
Kuyt - 8 I really think that Kuyt is the best non-goal-scoring striker in the world. If this were FM, he'd have teamwork and work rate ratings of 25.

Subs
Suarez (Aurelio) - 7 Looked nervous at first but eventually showed great awareness and teamwork. And to think, he hasn't played in almost 2 months and hasn't even practiced with the team yet.
Shelvey (Meireles) - 6.5 Didn't really get involved until late, but is looking more mature and less out of his depth with each substitute appearance. Still seems very much a kid, but I think Kenny is handling him really well so far.

Reina - 7 ,Clean sheet one great save very solid.
Kelly - 7 ,Solid defending with some nice runs
Skrtel - 6 ,had one run where he found himself near the Stoke goal was funny
Kyrgiakos - 7 ,always a threat on set pieces ,should start before Skertel
Agger - 6 ,had a quite evening
Johnson - 6 ,also quite a part from the beautiful header ,should really return to the right side
Lucas - 7 ,had a good time cleaning the midfield
Aurelio - 5 ,not sure what he did...
Meireles - 6 ,a sloppy game again ,lost posession too easilly could much better ,discoverd himself as a striker in Liverpool
Gerrard - 6 ,ok game but still below Gerrad Standard
Kuyt - 7 ,looked much more comfertable as a forward striker then a winger.

Subs
Suarez (Aurelio) - 7 ,showed confidence ,compuser ,some nice tricks and good footwork
Shelvey (Meireles) - 6 ,looked confident ,could he replace Lucas?

Kenny - 8 ,gotta admit the starting lineup and the beginning of the match found me scratching my head trying to understand what KK is doing? but it worked

from the 30th minute we started catching momentum and never let go ,we controled the ball passed at times beutifully and created numerous chances. I think he still needs to sort out the Johnson position ,Skertel and Aurellio should not be playing and unfortunetly the better players of today Kuyt and Lucas should make way for Carrol and Shlevy.

Reina - 7 little to do, but when called upon did his job
Kelly- 7 a good solid display although at times did telegraph his passes
Skrtel - 7 solid and dependable I think he lost one header against Carew
Kyrgiakos -7 thought big Soto played very well throwing himself into tackles
Agger - 8 Daniels runs through Stokes midfield like a hot knife through butter were a joy to watch
Johnson - 7 continually improving under Dalglish's tenure and is finally starting to look like a player
Lucas - 9 closest performance to receiving a perfect 10 .... the Lad was at times faultless
Aurelio - 7 decent and added a lot of movement and fluidity to the team
Meireles - 6 powered his goal in well and certainly knows exactly what to do with a lose ball ,but for me wasteful in possession
Gerrard - 7 best game for a long time for our talismanic Capt
Kuyt - 8 Watching the running this fella does an the energy he expends left the kop breathless

Suarez (Aurelio) - 8 Debut goal and all the excitement that ensues ..knowing this little South American is the real deal
Shelvey (Meireles) - 7 Shelvey grows in confidence every game and if not for a fine save from Bergovic would have had a deserved goal
