God it can't be long now surley can it? We will probably end up finishing near the bottom if we stick with this guy for the end of the season.

Firstly, we aren't Newcastle United. Secondly, Roy's job has been on the line for a while now.

Hope he gets sacked soon, then when we carry on getting result like this, you might just realise, it could just be we have players who blow hot and cold and make mistakes far too often.

Although i dont think he deserves it, I genuinely dont.

not saying we are newcastle....BUT it shows there expectations, and what does it say about ours. im not buying all this he has inherited a weak squad talk. only wolves have lost more away games than us this season

Dominated tonights game and were undone by shocking defending, the away form is worrying but he definitely deserves to bring a couple of players in and create his own side before he gets the boot. Whether he gets that luxury though is a different matter.

From the moment Roy signed the contract he was up against it. He knew the only reason he was in the frame in the first place is that the club were limited in who they could attract due to the lack of transfer funds and the uncertain ownership issue. This season he has had the chance to audition for the job and he is failing.

My guess is that unless there is a dramatic change in the second half of the season the board will start to put together a shortlist in March, approach targets in April, with Roy leaving at the end of the season.

We all knew that the priority this season was getting rid of Hicks and Gillett, removing the crippling interest payment and finalising the plans for the stadium. As sad as it is to say, the footballing side was always going to behind these bigger priorities. Most viewed Roy's appoint as an interim one and he has done nothing to prove us wrong but please don't lose sight of the fact that he is the manager of LFC right now so show him a bit of respect.
