Reina - 7.
Carragher - 8.good impact on his return.
Skrtel - 7.cut a few important balls out.
Agger -8.
Kelly - 7.
Lucas - 8.let his awareness slip when dispossed by drogba and could have been costly but recovered well.
Gerrard - 8.
Meireles - 9.gets forward at every oppertunity and did well to wrap his foot around that shot and direct it in.goal machine of late.
Johnson - 8.bossed the left side.
Maxi - 4. taxi for maxi!!
Kuyt - 8.never threatened the goal but worked his nads off for the team.

Subs
Poulsen (Meireles) - 5.
Aurelio (Maxi) - 6.

Reina - 7 , Clean sheet ,a couple of save solid and confident
Carragher - 8 ,MOTM led the CB convention which just shutdown the 3 lethal chelsea strikers.
Skrtel - 7 ,Solid defending
Agger - 7 ,Solid defending
Kelly - 7 ,looked confident and lively defended well.
Lucas - 7 ,Still has those irritating fouls near the box and loss of possesion in dangerious areas but in the last minutes made some good runs and broke many attacks.
Gerrard - 6 ,Still sub par Gerrad standard
Meireles - 7 ,Couldn't net a goal in portugal to become a scoring machine in England

Johnson -
Johnnson - 7 ,played his part well but we probably won't see his cutting Runs as long as he plays Left.
Maxi - 4 ,Poor game allaround with the horrible miss as iceing on the cake.
Kuyt - 6 ,Hardworker again

but just not good enough to hold starting position

Poulsen (Meireles) - 5
Aurelio (maxi) - 5

Kenny - 9 ,What can i say his tactics worked to the fullest ,he completly neutrelized Chelsea ,controled the game pace and won the game. Excellent preperation and execution. Just one thing missing ,Subs ,Subs ,Subs - had to make quicker decisive subs. In a game Maxi and Kuyt are weak to weaker he had to place Suarez/Milan /Pacheco - he has to react to players performance on the pitch.

I could agree with you there only. I thought maxi and Kuyt needed to be subbed earlier than they were. Bringing on Poulson was a good idea after we scored, just get more secure, but I'd have liked to see Suarez on for maxi. Suarez can play that left wing role.

Carragher - 8 I'm one of his bigger critics but he was massive in his return.

Kelly - 7
Lucas - 8 What a player this guy can turn out to be if he can play like that week in week out he'll be so good for us.

Reina - 7 - Didnt have much to do apart from one save
Carragher - 10 an immense performance
Skrtel -7 - nearly made a few silly errors
Agger - 8 - cool calm , assured on the ball
Kelly -8 - had Cashley in his pocket
Lucas - 9 - superb performance
Gerrard - 8- solid game
Meireles - 8 - solid game and a great goal
Johnson - 8 - murdered boswinga all game
Maxi - 7 - silly mistake and open goal miss but was solid and linked well with johnson to create a lot of probs
Kuyt - 8 - constant menace

Subs
Poulsen (Meireles) - 5 - didnt have much time to contribute
Aurelio (Maxi) - 7 - lively when he came on
