If we were naming biggest flops:

                                Ince
          Diouf             Stewart        Leonhardsen

                              Clough
                 Collymore          Saunders

Subs: James, Ziege, Diao, Riedle, Diomede.

Collymore?

Wait there, him and Fowler had a good partnership.

Dundee would be well ahead of him, surely.

What about Jimmy Carter - and Ars.enal bought him back!!

:wwww

If you read my post, I've said biggest flops.
Collymore was the most expensive Englishman when he signed for us.
Yes, he did have a good partnership with Fowler - until he got jealous of him getting all the plaudits. Look how much effort he gave in his second year.

Meijer tried his heart out. He may not have had the skill, but he had the balls. He gave 200% in every game he played in - including reserve games.
Mad Eric is a Liverpool legend, and a cult hero who will never be forgotten - least of all for his support at the UEFA Cup final in Dortmund after he had left the club.

Mark Walters nearly drove me mad watching him although I dont think he deserves a place in the worst 11 ever.

Collymore was a great player but in all honesty insane.  Personally I think selling Rush or not replacing him in fact was a mistake with stan as he then had no pressure for his place and he wasnt the type of player to rely on.

Turban Picnic, what was that about

I hated fido dido, he was a lazy slob who gave the ball away cheaply all the time in every game he played in. The Big time charlie, we never won fook all(worth talkin about) when the team was built around him and Roy Evans would never ever substitute him. Lets go buy an'ouse.

Who put Mike Marsh in there team ??

What was wrong with him ? He was a decent player that was unlucky with injuries.
Clough wasn't bad either, he just wasnt as good as most predicted.
His 2 goals on his debut against Sheffield Wednesday was in my first game in the Kop so i am grateful to him, and for his 2 goals in the 3-3 against United.

Was like that when he played for us on loan!

Big Heart, loads of passion, the crowd warmed to his enthusiasm! :upside:

But he was :censored:, couldn’t believe we’d actually signed him off you lot tbh!  :lookaround
