This morning was like having a hangover.

If you'd said to me last Xmas we'd win the Champs League but get knocked out at 1st knock out stage this season, I would have taken it.

Defeat is a hard pill to swallow.
But we must take it on the chin.

Facing the bluenoses in work does two things:
It winds you up BUT makes you see things could be worse at least I'm not a bluenose

 Your not wrong there Effes lad just been saying to Dawson only had one bottle of wine feel like Ive drank a barrell of the stuff.
Frame of mind is horrble feels even worse today, Im really hurt, but glad in a way because I think we would have gone out in the next round anyway the teams that are still in it are very strong.
So ok its an early exit, and we can concentrate on the league now.
Plus they knocked the mancs out and Chelsea are also out so they cant take the p.iss  :D

In and out of Europe twice in a month, Moyes is a genius.  :D

Three facts make it a little easier for me to swallow this time round.

1- We won the bloody thing last year so maybe someone else should get a go!

2- We're still in the FA Cup and i'm desperate to beat Chelsea in the final.

3- I'm heading to Amsterdam for 3 days this afternoon and there's no better way to numb the cold stabbing pain of defeat! Have to find a coffee shop with Sky Sports for the Arsenal game! :D

Football is all about peaks & troughs, highs and lows. And you have to experience the lows to really appreciate the highs. Chessy but true. I thought the pain of that last minute goal to the mancs would stick around for weeks but just one month later we're dumping them out of the Cup.

We're still having a good season.

Try Route 66 on the main drag.
Betty Boop is my favourite.

I'm going in April - bring it on!
