Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Three points from today's fixture leaves us one point away from fifth place. If we beat Southampton and Boro lose or draw against Norwich we will be in fifth place.

On paper three points should be easy against the second worst team in the Premiership but even so it won't be an easy game. Both Mellor and Kewell are expected to play. It is extremely important for us to get a win going into the match against Chelsea.

as long as we win...i would be really happy. Southampton are not a push over. Beattie & Philips are a decent strike force.

Interesting line-up by rafa. I actually thought warnock will make a good left back (he is good in tackling and has pace). Hopefully risse will continue his good form now.

This is how i think they will line-up.

                       Dudek
  Finnan  Carragher  Hyypia  Warnock
  Garcia     Gerrard     Alonso    Riise
                Pongolle   Mellor

Looks good to me  :D
