As I am typing this I've got Sky Sports news on the telly next to me.  It keeps showing the clip of Gerrard lifting the Europan Cup and I swear I start laughing uncontrollably, it's another chance to lift the trophy and be crowned the finest team in Europe. 

No moaning from me, we will cope with the fixtures, Rafa can make miracles happen.  He is a God in my eyes.

I think we'll both be unseeded in the 3rd Qualies
Therefore both have to play a seeded team
So I don't think we can

We are the 32nd seed I cant believe it.

CL footy again in only a couple of weeks time   I'm made up.

We should just scrap all our friendlies ,use the 1st and 2nd CL qualifyers as warm ups for the prem .

I wonder if Rafa will have swcond thoughts about letting certain players go ? Could he be tempted to hang onto to Biscan ?

No club can be drawn against a club from their own country until the quarter finals.

Even if they could, Everton are unseeded anyway.

Hopefully we will get first leg at home and put the result beyond doubt and send over reserve team for at least one of the fixtures.

Yep, we've been shafted by the FA, while they really hit Chelsea where it hurts didnt they??

Looks okay to me -  think there may be one or two days in there without a game!!

Perhaps we won't be selling so many players now!

Looks ok to you maybe, but thats even before the prem starts, the F.A. cup, the Carling Cup, ffs, we need about 50 players.

Feeling gutted at moment, feels like UEFA and FA between them have really shafted us.

And still the bluenoses are whingeing.

Do you think a squad of 50 will be enough? Looks like we need to be in about 3 places at same time.

stop yer moanin we got in didnt we thats what we wanted even if it does seem a bit harsh. We will be playin teams we havent even heard of before in the qualifiers not exactly going to be tough we will probably cancel the friendlys and that will give less time for our squad to get fit and new players to settle in so thats a downside but this is what we wanted

I'm not complaining - It just worries me about what it means for our chances.

And the 1st round will be another chance to show off the trophy, maybe a nice trip somewhere warm in July. And there'll be footy to watch, I'm already having withdrawal symptoms............
