Things happen in threes - Hope is a good thing....

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Get on this...

The minute when we beat Chelsea on penalties, my two brothers booked their flights to Greece, even though they were not overly enthusiastic about meeting Manchester United in the final... ... maybe!!!

Of course, Milan tore the overrated bastards a new arsehole and here we are...  My two brothers didn't get lucky in the ballot though.  Flights to Greece with no game to attend.

Today right, my two brothers queued up outside Anfield from 5am, (they were there yesterday as well, Leon, our Dave saw you in the queue yesterday, I've told him to pass my regards onto you in the Square) got THREE tickets for Athens (my cousin has the spare), they caught their flights tonight, I'll see them Thursday.  Best of luck to the three of them, they have been to all six home games and they deserve to be there.  I went to the Galatasaray 3-2 game, AND THAT'S IT.  So I have no right to moan about not going to Athens.

The Greeks had better prepare...

Me?

Well, I had a job interview today.  I fucking nailed it.  Had a fucking monster hangover as well.  Imagine me at 100%.  I was clearly operating at about 36% today...

Got the job before I'd even left the interview.  I'm the fucking MAN, as Stevie G once said.

They say things happen in threes don't they?  Today, my two lads got their tickets (1), I got meself a new job (2).

Fingers crossed for my next trick... things happen in threes...

Two years ago, on the night Steven Gerrard lifted the European Cup, my life changed forever.  Long story but I do not bullshit.  My life changed.

Whatever happens the rest of this week, it's going to be a sick one.

Today's been one of those days where everything just fucking goes right.  Even though I'm not in Athens, the rest of this week is just going to get stupid...

Today's been one of those days when you wake up and everything just goes right for you.  Honestly, I'm shaking my head in disbelief.

Today has been a fucking belter...

Yes, about four hours after Gerrard lifted that trophy, she stupidly picked a fight with me while I was in the happiest mood I'd ever been in EVER in my life.  She wasn't spoiling it for me so I packed a suitcase and left her.  Walked out on her.  Simple as that.  Haven't seen her since.

I don't call May 25th 2005 the best night of my life for nothing.  Technically, I left her on May 26th but it doesn't sound as good then :D

Really happy for you mate.

As I've told a mate here recently, life is like a boat. When the wind is against, then you have to wait patiently until the wind changes. No matter how much is the wind against, because you know at some point the wind will change. You can't lose hope, hope is a good thing.

When the wind is in your back, then raise the sails and go forward.

Enjoy the wind at your back!! you deserve it.

But you need oil for that, and then you're dependant on the oil.

The best thing would be an onboard motor with sails aswell  :eyebrow
