It isn't about Sky coverage, but it doesn't deserve a new thread. The Spanish national TV has bought the rights of broadcasting the premiership.

And the first game they're giving is, surprise surprise, the Liverpool - Aston Villa game. Every week two free premiership games, and chances are that Liverpool is going to be the picked one almost every week.

Until now, you had to watch Liverpool paying to the digital channels, but now every Spaniard will be able to watch the english game for free.

It's obvious all this is due to Liverpool F.C. it has become a very popular team here. It's a shame that's due to the Spaniards that are playing right now rather than the glorious past and present of the club, but anyway, I'm chuffed that I won't have to watch shitty web streaming images again.  :)

the Villa and Chelski matches are on FSC live here in the states.  Woo Hoo.  No morning trips to the boozer required for me next month.
