Phil thompson sportsmans dinner - Is anyone interested ?

We have a sportsmans dinner organised for next Friday, 1st April. Its at the Alicea Hotel in Sefton park and starts at 7.45.

Guest for the evening is none other than Phil Thompson and he will be supported by the fantastic comedian John Martin.

Tickets for this night are on sale at £60 and there currently 20 or so left. The price includes a three course meal and a totally free bar all night.

I'm suprised Thommo has to do the after dinner circuit considering he got a nice pay off from us last summer.

No doubt one of you studious fellas out there who can make the internet just about make the tea if you want it to will be able to tell me what Thompsons record was in the brief period when he was the manager. My recolllection is that he did very well and we won a load of games on the bounce. Good bloke for me.
