They're only doing what we would have done. Imagine someone bid for our captain on the last day of the transfer window. Firstly we wouldn't want him to go and secondly we wouldn't have time to get anyone else in. If you want to blame anyone i'd look a lot closer to home.

Wrong, mate. Selling Simao doesn't really affect them because those Portuguese teams are ready to sell anyone for cash. They gave him permission to go on medical test, and only raise the price seconds before signing the paper. What they meant is "bye-bye Liverpool, Simao is reserved for Real Madrid (or any team with cash to spend)". They only used us to brought his players to the headlines!

Barca!
Mourinho was customizing his flashy blue racing car -- applying the finishing touches of go-faster stripes, aerodynamic spoilers and a fat f@ck you exhaust -- while on his red car, Benitez was trying to glue together a broken chassis, repair bodywork and replace burst tyres.

Owen was totally screwed over by Real as well. They used their pulling power to sign him on the cheap then flog him off at double the price twelve months later. They had no respect for him precisely because they got him on the cheap.Michael would be a permanent fixture in their team now if the bas.tards had been forced to pay the full market rate for him twelve months ago. There might be a lesson in that for any hotshot player working out his contract to go on a free(or cheap) to Real Madrid.

I don't want us to have any relationship with RM because they have :censored: us over with Owen (twice), with McManaman, Figo, Nunez and now it looks like we paid over the odds for Morientes. They tried to unsettled Gerrard and have basically been treating us like some kind of feeder club. Rick Parry has got to say enough is enough.

Oh boo hoo. Everytime a club sells a geordie Newcastle fans don't go wild. Did you expect Real to accept a bid 10m lower? Would you accept a bad of half if you were selling your house?

When Carrick went to Spurs, I didn't think that west ham had f*cked us geordies over.

Just accept that Owen was a Madrid player, not Liverpool, Madrid and they paid money for him to be that. That means that they can sell him to who the f*CK THEY WANT TO.

-----Owen --- Shearer-----

Luque---Emre----Parker---Solano

Babayaro--Taylor--Boum--Carr

That team to me suggests he made the right move. He didn't let emotion into it and he'll benefit as your failure to strengthen and our sucess in strengthening immensely means we'll be much better than you this season.
