Here in Spain is spoken a lot that Reina, goalkeeper of  Villarreal, that the next year, he could go to Liverpool ... this is true??

villereal have to be favourites for the uefa cup if you ask me. i saw them absolutely trounce boro earlier in the competition. if i'm not mistaken, they are scheduled to possibly meet newcastle in the semi's if they both get through.

also look out for az alkhmar. they're 2nd in the dutch league. come from nowhere.

being south american he probably found the latin culture of spain easier to settle into than our north european one.

I don't know   Perhaps Forlan is doing his better football because he feels good with the argentinians... Because Riquelme helps Forlan a lot.

Llaneza dice que el Villarreal no tiene ofertas por Reina ni Gonzalo Rodríguez


José Manuel Llaneza, consejero delegado del Villarreal, negó a Efe que su club haya recibido ofertas por alguno de sus futbolistas, incluidos el guardameta José Manuel Reina y el defensa argentino Gonzalo Rodríguez, a los que se ha vinculado con otros clubes para la próxima temporada.

En los últimos días, distintas informaciones han apuntado el interés del Liverpool por hacerse con los servicios de Reina, mientras que a Gonzalo Rodríguez se le vincula con el Barcelona. "Sé que en estos últimos días se ha hablado mucho de estos asuntos en la prensa pero tengo que decir que no es verdad", aseguró Llaneza.

En el caso de Gonzalo Rodríguez, Llaneza aseveró no tener constancia de interés de club alguno, además de manifestar que no quieren negociar por el jugador, ya que el interés de la entidad castellonense es que el futbolista argentino "pase muchos años" con ellos.

Respecto a Pepe Reina, Llaneza fue también muy explícito. "Tampoco tenemos constancia de nada que nos haga pensar en una posible oferta o interés de algún club por Reina. No hemos recibido propuesta alguna en este sentido del Liverpool", señaló.
