I know we played better than them the whole game however villa have a great home record and if u remmeber chelsea cud nt take all 3 points either. Good to see HArry scorin u never know he might go on a run or sumthin lets take the postives we played well away from home finshin is a problem however but that is natural without baros and cisse also nunez played well our midfield is lookin class with baros back it can still be a good season and if beni signs a top class stiker we can only go up

Cheer up Guys

hope so. Just look at earnshaw. 1 goal and he is on a scoring spree now. Maybe bigmick was right about earnshaw. He could have been our Solskjaer (permanent backup striker).

Whats the use of having a backup striker when we don't have a first team one?

Baros should be our backup, we need someone better than him.

Earnshaw is not good enough, he is no better than what we already have so why sign him.

lmao earnshaw? lol

are u sure we're talking about liverpool here? lol

earnshaw is ******, not good enough for us at all, hes at the right club

and as for baros being backup striker, i think someone d oesn't like baros that much, though yes baros isnt' a great goalscorer but hes still quality, but we need 4 strikers so we can rest them, like chelsea has, 2 for each position whether we can afford that is another matter

To be honest at first I didn't like the result but the more I thought about it the more I realized that things aren't going to happen two steps at a time. We are going one step at a time. Considering in the circumstances we are in, a draw with a side who haven't lost at home isn't all that bad.

Also might I add that even Chelsea couldn't beat Villa. Villa seem to have luck on their side when they play at home. When they played against Chelsea at home Chelsea would had gotten a penalty had the ref seen the incident more clearly in the box and yesterday once again the ref saved them from losing at home.

Hey! (Mick comes storming in, string vest on and half eaten sausage roll in one hand) Whats all this about Earnshaw not being good enough? ???
He's the finest striker these islands have ever produced, a veritable goal scoring machine, a legendary predator, leopard-like in his.........Mick keels over. P/ssed again.  :D

its not the chilli sauce on kebabs that give you ring-sting, its the actual meat. had one without chilli, and still had ring-sting. the chilli's only there to mask the nonsense they stuff inside that bread.

can u just stop toking abt earshaw... not possible at all the gaffer buying him at all.. so no point toking abt him at all.. i agree that a draw is a fair result.. but lookin at the table... a draw is not good for us.. we are further and further away...
everton won, manc won... we draw... thus ... got a big gap to chase..

whats all this about Baros being our "back-up" striker? squads dont work like this these days. you need an abundance of class players, for each position. Baros is class and even when we have Cisse back and another striker or 2, he'll still be getting a good fair share of games, and scoring.

look at Man u, Arsenal and Chelsea. they didnt buy first rate, second rate, and third rate strikers. they just bought good strikers end of. they will be rotated due to tactics and form. Saha was great but off form now so not playing.

all this "Baros as a back-up" is bollox. maybe a year ago. but now he's actually gettin the goals.  yes we need more class players but not so Milan has to sit on the bench.
