I just recieved word from RAWK that they have officially changed the first goal and stripped credit from crouch and made it an own goal by Pullit!!  Total BS aye?  Personally my first instinct when crouch score was "this is gonna be a bad day for the bookieS" and then all of a sudden it gets switched!!  A lil fishy?  that's for certain!

I haven't seen the goal yet, but as described, it should be Crouch's goal. To consider it an owngoal it should have been controlled in hands of the keeper first, for what I read, that doesn't happen THe trayectory of the ball has a lot to do on why the keeper failed, just as when a ball is too strong, the fingertips of the keeper aren't enought to avoid the goal.

Give that bloody goal to Crouch, u league b*stards!

In LFC's books it will go down that Crouch scored 2 goals today according to Parry. The FA can feck themselves.

You should be Ok John Bull!! In most Bookies an O/G does not count in the first goalscorere and is deemed void!
Therefore Crouchies second actually counts as his first if ya get me!

Make sure and take your docket in and check it out mate!
They wont come running to you!! :)

It said that Ladbrookes were waiting to see what Sky said on the goal!
It was declared an O/G Jeff Stirling announced it mate!

You will still get paid on on Peter Crouch as he scored the second goal.  Own goals do not count.
