Im not an expert on beer ,but i do know the differnce between a good one and a bad one.

These Aussies do have a beautiful country and everything that goes with it.
But i honestly believe they do not know what a good beer should taste like.

So the worst beer i have ever had the misfortune of drinking is
xxxx gold it is a sh!t beer to put it politely.

I miss the ESB,London pride and the Stella. The Hoe garden is another nice one ,this list could go on but i shall stop there before i start druelling.

What about you, whats the worst you have drunk?

Mind you in saying that they have the best rum i have ever tasted, Bundaberg, its f#cking lovely stuff !!!

Worst beer has to by ANYTHING (bitter, lager, whatever)brewed by JW Lees of Manchester. I was first exposed to it's infinite horribleness when I was a lad, one of the pubs we used to go in was a Lees house and the only thing in there I could drink was Guiness. Truly terrible booze.  :no  The devil's beer

Having been drunk on the stuff twice now, Kronenburg Blanc is skalling new lows for me. Tennants and Special brew only taste good if you're thirteen or homeless. Hoeffgarden (or something) is like watered down diarohea and personally, the guiness that you get in JD Wetherspoons/Bar Med/Slug and Lettuce is foul. They don't know how to do it properly. Guiness always tastes better in Ireland, then in your local. Plus, I hate Boddingtons and John Smiths, but that's just because I'm not a huge fan of mass produced bitter.

Yeah i agree that the Guiness in England isnt to crash hot compared to the the black stuff in Ireland.

They say it doesnt travel well. Then theres no way i would try it over here. :D

I dunno, my local does it pretty bloody well, it's just that the big chain pubs can't pour it right, they don't treat the barrels properly and they don't keep the pipes in good nick. Plus, I reckon they send us the :censored: stuff. If you had one crate of good and one crate of bad, a buyer from abroad and the land lord of your local, which would you send overseas? I know what I'd do.

As for your Australian beers, the only decent one I've found is VB and that stuff is gorgeous.

Why don't we have an emoticon for drunk? If we did, it would have to be something like   +  :D  +  :sniffle  +  :pirate

Shopping for beer i saw one called EKU with an alchohol content of 11% ,I thought "thats the one for me " .how wrong i was ,tasted like something they would use to coat airport runways with .It's only redeeming feature was that you got pi'ssed so quick you'd mercifully pass out before you had time to spew it back up .

No, this stuff has a brand. Can't remember the name but it tastes like very strong Carlsburg.
