Anyone watch it last night? feckin boss it was that Whitlock with 9 dart finishes, Barneys 5-0 thrashing of Baxter, and Taylors 5-0 whitewash was brilliant. Loads of 180's great New Years day hang over viewing.

The semi final is tonight 7.30
Barney V Whitlock
Taylor V Webster

Barney V Taylor final I reckon although that ozzie Whitlock was feckin boss last night.

Oh and the Lakeside starts today thats always good to laugh at all the mings  :D

I don't like it but I have to admit if it's on you sometimes just have to watch it.It must be the most emerging sports at the mo, if you ask me though it's just mainly because of the drinking culture in this country more than anything.Half of the crowd are too blind drunk that I don't think they know there is a darts match going on.

That Whitlock was deadly in his first set yesterday.

He had a dart average of 120 - I've never heard of an average that high.

Whitlock just beat Barney to go into the final.

What a match - he'll give Taylor a good run for his money.

2-1 now.

Long time since Taylor has been up against it like this.

And a 131 to finish it.

Cracking game, the finishing was different class. I've never seen so many 100+ outs in one game.

I didn't feel it was in doubt once he'd got a 3-2 lead (Whitlock was maxing out and could only stay level). Fair play to Whitlock though, in that form I think he'd have beaten anyone but Taylor, who is simply in a class of his own and has been for a very long time.
