I smoked 20 a day of Marlboro's finest for many years. Gave up 5 years ago and now I´m as fit as a butcher's dog and swim 9 miles a week.

Niner, fags differ in taste, smoke and smell depending on the tabacco blend in the market they were made.

A Yankee, Turkish and South American Marlie are completely different animals. With unmarked packets you´d never agree they were the same fag.

At the end of the day I don;t really believe all those people who say I really do want to quit, with a fag in one hand. If you wanted to quit then you would.

Quit whilst it's still your choice and not forced upon you by external circumstances.

I enjoy smoking, present tense - either you do or you dont. I didnt give up because I wanted to, I did it for my family and I was unfit. If I could combined health, fitness and smoking I'd light up straight away.
