Inception, Kings speech, Black Swan.. 3 of the best movies of the last 10 yuears I'd say

But that's the thing..they are few and far between

I used to watch films all the time, but I rarely watch them now at all. Lately ive found myself sitting down to watch something only to get bored half way through. Yes there are some classics every now and then and I agree with the three films you have mentioned but I prefer TV series these days.

The amount of cr.ap you have to get through to get to see one good film is ridiculous

Downfall
City of God
Partition
Children of Glory
Slumdog Millionaire
Tears of the Sun
Delicatessen
Shooting Dogs
Beyond Reasonable Doubt
Leap Years
10 Promises I Made To My Dog
Little Miss Sunshine
Juno
Munich
The Departed

have you seen the above mentioned? if not, you should. it's worth the time.

mate how do you find time to sleep with such an array of entertainment on your doorstep
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

You read the excuses people are using for looting stores, and think "that's what I used my paper route money for".

I loved it. Yes it's depressing, but as far as film making goes it was a huge success.

Another similar film - B.O.P.E Tropa de Elite (The Elite Squad)
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

You look at the back of your hands while typing and think "F.uck, that's what my grandfather's hands looked like when I was a kid"
