what a stupid fool, if she had just gotten on with it she would of been out in about 3 weeks, now for trying to mess about with the system she has to serve the full term, you know what i would of given her longer.

you gotta look at how many stars get done for this and how many serve time?

they all get done and caught, virtually none serve time (rob downey jnr and sizemore had to get caught like 10 times with coke, heroin, smakc etc before they did any time)

Send her down and let her rot... for 20 odd days. When she got out because she was going nuts (apparently she wore pink shoes with orange pants! Shock horror, she's as mad as man with his underpants on his head and pencils up his nose) she was put under house arrest. She then organised a garden party to celebrate her freedom. Stupid cow. I'm actually happy that she has been sent back to the slammer and i hope she does all 45 days now. It might teach her, and the American people that think life is all farting sunshine, that for life ain't all that.

You could cite Pete Doherty there, and Naseem Hamed.

On the other hand there's Lee Hughes who got 6 years, but then again he could get released in August this year.

But generally I'd say the British legal system is far too lenient.

In America you can get 20 years for dangerous driving.

I don't expect him to survive another year and a half.
