meh, at least he could discuss football to a great extent and contributed more than you have to footballing discussion.

Lol! That was unexpected. In fact I am struggling to see how that's even relevant, unless you've been drinking.

Your point is that I don't contribute, fair enough. How do you think deleting your account affects the board? It takes away value, makes reading older disucssion very difficult. It is an immature act, leave by all means, but why delete?

As for me, I've never once pretended to be a football expert. Just an LFC fan. I said as much in my intro. I generally just read the football discussions and if no-one else asks a question that interests me, I will. I also try to think before posting.

I don't contribute to football discussion, but I also tend to stay out of the arguements and I don't spam the boards. So while I'm not a great asset for this board, niether am I dragging it down for others. No one will miss me if I leave, and that does not worry me.

So that's why your post is really odd.

As for s@int, I didn't say anything about his posting. My stand with s@int has always been clear, apart from a misunderstanding in the beginning, I enjoyed his posting. Like laza I didn't always agree, but did not feel the need to argue with him.

S@int knows this, I've said as much to him in pm.

deleting accounts is still lame and yes I have no respect for those that request it, becuase in no situation is it warranted.

This is after all forum for all Liverpools fan who should be able to post what they want

I'll ignore the rest of the bait.

This statement here was changed many moons ago when people had lost faith in the previous manager. This statement is aired at the wrong time, perhaps if you weren't so ignorant you could have said this to the people who discredited others' loyalty in recent years.

The boots on the other foot now and people are throwing their toys out of the pram.

S@int was a top poster, sad that he has gone. But you can't have a discussion on here without some muppet either casting insults or dismissing a decent post with ridiculous dismissive statements. And the mods do little about it, they are worse than refs in terms of consistency and letting stuff go.

I got a second card, whether because I cast aspersions on a mod or because of something I said I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing since what I originally posted would have been ignored, well you figure it out. I reported a poster, got a PM lecturing me on how my post was insulting even though any insult was either implied or had to be read into it, but the fact is why debate it via PM?!?! The post was reported, make your own decision as to whether what a poster said deserved action/censoring, don't debate it! It achieved nothing because clearly the mod couldn't see a distinction, not that I was trying to avoid a card.

Anyway they point if this forum has noone in control, posters can freely insult and post cr ap to their heart's content and I can see why S@int wanted out. I suspect he wanted his account deleted to take away temptation to come back, but you can reregister anyway (not within the rules I'm sure, but it is possible) I get bored with the cyclical arguments, some are just thrown in almost as a matter of course as if they are well established facts. Well if statements were (undeniable) facts then there wouldn't be a debate. I don't see the "rough times" as an excuse either, some posters need to discuss football and not constantly have digs at other posters for what they post rather than debate the points made. While some may find posters approaches 'amusing', this should be about football and not trying to undermine a post without mentioning anything football ONCE in a post.

Maybe some spend way too much time on here and need to either get out more, or try other forums with a mix of fans. Argue the toss with mancs or geordies or brummies, I think a few on here would get themselves ripped a new one and banned very quickly. Modding on here is a joke

Secondly what I will say is these arguments work both fecking ways (like it or not) both are as bad as each other. For instance our only loss of the season against Citeh brought out the (supposedly victimized) posters who only seemed content in patting themselves on the back with snidey remarks after the game. A few of them haven't posted since we won against WBA, one member was logged on (waiting for something to go wrong on the field) before they'd inevitably come wading in with wind-up statements, of course it never materialized as we won. Mark my words though when we loose again they'll be back out in their droves insulting the manager and other posters all because they didn't like the fact people had lost faith in Rafa in Rafa AFTER 5-6 yrs, tis a bit different to a couple of pre-season games to judging 'Woy'. Yet, when 'me and my cronies'   :no (whoever they are) watched us last season, we'd be on the boards celebrating a win regardless whether we didn't trust the manager to do his job anymore. This year though people have gone one step further and cannot even bring themselves to celebrate a win (that is why I made a 'snidey' remark) in the thread which inevitably got me a card. Yet we have historically had the others (the thought police) who had a helping hand in getting many members banned because of the position they took and that's usually why they are all the first to make the snidey remarks about people 'coming back as an alter ego's'.

This place used to be a good place to post until segregation took over, nowadays it seems more snidey comments are made and scoring points off others is the goal these days. Yes I'm guilty as much as anyone I can admit it. therefore I can do something about it but I'm not going to bother until some other people decided to pull their heads in and accept their responsibility too.

if she thinks its ok to swan off on holiday then she's obviously not committed and should be banned. the mods are a disgrace for not dealing with this kind of thing.

We're obviously just Dumbfounded by your Rhetoric and Dazzled by your Radiance.

You're clearly a problem. If only someone would report you for something (anything), there's no guarantees, but it might snap us mods out of our Somnambulistic state .  :D
