Hey guys I'm a pretty new member here and am enjoying all of your input except for some of the foulgandering that occurs, however I can just skipping that. Anyway, for those who have taking interest in reading my profile, I am trying to improve my body because sadly  I'm not very tall, and I'm pretty skinny. I could not qualify to integrate with my team last year, and I am hoping that this season can be different with some physical improvements. Does anybody have some good instructions for me to use?
I'm going to the gym everyday and I run three times a week, I wouldn't mind also having a body thats gazed upon :)
Thanks for the input guys!

Not sure about the garb in this one eh mate but if you get some good food in you and keep that workout up you will do just grand. Don't think it will give your height a wee bit of help though sorry mate!

Good luck

eat some carbs... do more cardio vascular... mix it up, running, sit ups, weights, dont do too much of any one thing. sort out which setts u wanna do (eg 10 sits ups, 10 push ups, jog for 10 minutes, rowing machine...repeat)

just mix it up, eat well, train regularly..and it'll all be good

How much weight should I be lifting? I've been doing 110lb I think on the legpresses and have recently started doing the boxing bag because my gym-instructor said it is also good for fitness.
Thanks for the input guys :)

no idea dude. i use dumb bells. its not the weight, its the amount of lifts... dont over strain so u can only do one or two, find something thats comfortable but after 10 or 20 you can really feel it. buy some cheap weights that u can add to when used to the weights.

the punch bag is a good idea, as is skipping, or anything that u do regularly to build up the muscle.

small weights & a lot of repetitions gets you the fitness & strength to be able to do heavier lifting. very heavy weight + low repetition gets you muscle mass
