I'll look into it and see if Chris can introduce a hack onto the boards where the moderators can issue these topic starting limitations for new members in certain forums (obviously not the Introductions forum for instance.... you get the drift.....).
Too many new members starting s*i*e and it would directly lead to a higher quality of topic being started.
