who the what ?!

see as long as people refrain from insulting others for voicing an opinioon ( no matter how drastic, negative, wrong, ludacris..etc you believe it to be) then i believe this place would be a whole lot better and not as many people would decide to leave..

no need to hold hands and skip in sync  to make it happen.. sorry judge :p

and gybs .. i know you know that i know that deep inside i find you very annoying.. and we both know its true and all... but good on you trying to play peacekeeper in threads and starting new topics about it and all.. appreciated...

for what its worth you'r probably right and probably not the best time to be saying what everyone doesnt wanna hear so my bad on that one.. fcking frustrating at times though tore my ankle ligaments again after we scored the late winner against Fulham jumping off the chair so you'd understand why someone would get pissd off being called a WUM or 'not a real supporter' by a nobody on an internet forum...

Since we have kicked in gear and the fab wins against real and mannure i feel this place has become alot better and cooled down a bit. Its hell nervy now until end of the season so would agree best bet support our team and get ready for some major shocks..

Understand what your saying mate and would never class you as a wum and i dont think anyone here has the right to judge who is a real fan or not - it seems you would prefer to take the cauitous approach to our chances and you have every right to do that . Yeah we both prob find each other annoying as feck but i wont start personally insulting you . So keep up the posting , even if it is negative  :;):

What is wrong with everyone at the moment ?

Flame wars and insults all over the place , people leaping into fights and throwing accusations around ?

Is it end of season nerves ?

People worried about the upcoming games and the challenge for the CL and Prem .

Cant we all just put it aside and put all our efforts into supporting the team when it needs us most ?
If it carries on this way then i can see why other posters have left and why the mods are getting highly pi ssed off .

I havent started this thread as an excuse to start another flame war or to have a dig or to point fingers .

Lets get behind our team during this crucial period and cheer us on to glory .

YNWA .

The answer lies in the mirror.

I respect your opinions while I'll answer them because I disagree. And if you think we should focus on the CL, I'll disagree, I'll even be confused, but I respect that.

From now on in the post, it's not a response to you ace' but everyone:

The only opinions I don't respect is those who'd call our manager a cúnt, or Sammy Lee a twát, or Kuyt whatever insult. That opinions I won't respect them never.

For those who say the pros are the most problematic part of the forum,

I don't know who coined the "happy clappy" word. But this word was often the opposite of "telling things like it is" and "realistic". And were often followed by words like "blind" and "deluded".

It seems to me that's not very respectful, not at least from this corner. And is significative that "happy clappy" is a expression that is rarely used these days. It's the second time I read it this week, while 3 months ago or yesteryear I'd read it 4 times an hour.

So it's all nice to ask respect for all the views (I want to make clear I'm not telling this to you ace' but generally speaking), but when you do, make some self criticism about how you respected other views when you called them happy clappy or delusional or blind, or unable to grasp reality.

If you ask respect for your views not trusting in the ability of the team, fair enough, but you have to show respect to those who defend the manager and don't call them "Rafa fans" as if they were less of a red fan. At least if you know the concept of shame, you should.

It doesn't take much to understand where lies the lack of respect in that kind of sentences.

So yes, if it's all the "Pros" fault, then I  :D and move on, but some self criticism is not out of context here.

We all have to look in the mirror to see what contributions that each and everyone of us may have made to lead us to this current state of PMS.

We've ALL (both camps) had a part in this state of affairs.
Time we took a long look at ourselves and see what we can do to alleviate this situation.

The forum and its members deserve better..... not trying to preach.... but we all need a paradigm shift or this rift will get wider.

i think the common goal has always been to cheer on the team to win trophies, the difference being some don't see anything wrong with so many draws while some do etc etc etc.

Every one who posts here is a fan, everyone who posts here wants to see us winning, however everyone who posts here does not want to pretend everything in the garden is rosy when it isn't and will post their thoughts on this. this forum isn't a jizz fest and people disagree on players etc, the biggest problem on this forum is when a posters support gets questioned for speaking out,

The biggest problem on this forum is petty squabbles ruining threads when pms would suffice. I'm as guilty as the next with this on occasion but will try to stop.

We are all guilty, so we will all admit our faults and progress both as posters, and I'd like to think, as human beings as well...
