cant understand were this ireland is, i thought it was split up into 2 seperate countries, i.e. northern ireland and republic of ireland,  its like scotengland,,,, meaning england and scotland r one

northern ireland all the way.

the mighty Norn Iron, great grandparents from the Repubic so them at a push. Can I be Spanish in this hypothetical world where Im an international class footballer?

1) England
2)Hong Kong ( I was born in Kowloon as my dad served out there as a soilder, so I lived there from 0-6 months and hold a chinese birth certificate)
3) Ireland (my great grandparents)

Do great grandparents count ?
If they do you can add Italy and Northern Ireland in there as well.

England or Australia which would be same as for cricket teams.

Though obviously no chance of getting into England cricket as you have to be born in south africa to qualify :D

You probably are international class for two of those countries.
