F'cuked up lots of thing today and in a complete mess. :down:

How do you guys 'turn it around' when you are having 'those kind of days' ? Please I need help, I'm about to kill somebody at work today. :veryangry

Go for a cigarette. come back, and smile.
Take a breath dude, then do the mantra
"you can do it, you can do it"

then just turn it around dude.

I've actually had to work a lot lately so not on as much, you just gotta get on with it witha smile, do something, stick to it til its done, then do the next thing.
