how mad is this, I have just seen a Bat fly into a lamp post!!!

it fell to the floor rolled around a bit and then took off again.

not sure if it has anything to do with it but the lamp post has been blinking for the last few days and i wonder if there was some sort of sound wave that got the bat mixed up.

Strange world.

dont even know why i even posted this but its something i have never seen before lol

I think my daughter knows who that bat feels, she is 5 and today run into the metal rail on the stairs, she had a lump the size of a golf ball on her head. knocked her bandy, had to take a trip to A&E with her, poor thing.

oh and theres more, my sister call us from NZ to tell us that her son Adam had just fallen back on his chair and hit his head and taken to hospital. (he is ok)

so the time works out that Maddie hit her head at 5pm here and Adam hit his head in NZ at 9pm (our time)

dont think my mum can cope lol.

Take a leaf out of their book, mate.
Go on - head down, rev up, and throw yourself headfirst into an oncoming truck....

Cheers Lakesy! Good song that, very random;

perhaps it was one of them blind bats....................................

I was in an office once where a bird flew into a closed window, pretty much the same effect. I expect a lot of flighted creatures fly into things, much like humans walk into things, it's just we don't see them doing it very often

Turbine may have killed Black Isle kite

The bird has been examined by a Scottish Agricultural College vet who found it had suffered bruising and fractures consistent with it having died through an impact.
