hi

i just won a mountin bike at work, i bought a bottle coke and got a scratch card thing and i won

it's a very good bike front Suspension and loads of bits and bobs on it, and as my old bike was looking a bit on the tired side it is a welcome prize

what i was wondering is who wants to buy it??    no just wondered what have people ever won if anything.

i have to say i never seem to win very much from raffles or anything like that so i'm a bit made up with this

Ok, last year me and the missus won a Nint.Wii system.  We won it in March and left it sealed up until November - then we flooged it for £170 on ebay. kerr ching!

also last year I won a week in a holiday home in France. Won it on a raffle at a help the heroes evening.

Won £150 in 1982 on a Grand national sweepstake . I pulled Grittar out of the hat . £150 to a 12 year in 1982 was a lot of dosh i can tell yer . Goes to the sweetshop . Can i have a £150 mix please mate , oh and 2 oz of cough candy twist please.

The first time I ever played the lottery (14 years ago) I won a tenner.  I haven't won anything since!

Excluding betting of course - no idea how much i've won / lost over the years on footy, horses and the dogs

i just remembered the last time i think i won anything of worth ( not including the odd tenner on the lotto )

i never use to put bets on in the bookies or anything, use to spend to much time waiting outside for me dad ( bloody hours i swear ) so hated them

but i was walking past one day on a sat and i just thought feck it i'm going to put money on damon hill winning a grand prix, well he had just moved to arrows from williams and for those of you who do not know arrows where sh*t but i just felt he was going to do something

it was the race in hungry and i went in and said i wanted to put £10 on hill to win the guy behind the counter looked at me as if i was from another planet and talked me round in to going each way ( a top 3 finish would get me some money back ) so i did it and he was winning all the way to the last lap and then his gears gave up and he was falling back and losing a lot of time, he finished the race in second and i won almost £250 i was happy as hell the lad got me the change my mind

I have the worst luck going but on A Xmas works night out about 4-5 years ago I won a game called open the box which I had first go, the bag had 50 possible keys to open the box and I won with the first key winning £100, as I was part of the social committee everyone naturally jumped to conclusion.In the same night I won £50 on The works version of deal or no deal and then I later found out I got 4 numbers on the lottery.I couldn't believe it, my whole life's worth of luck in one night.

Oh I also won a goldfish at a school fayre, unfortunatly it died the next day and I flushed it down the bog.
