Read a review of the new game in the championship manager series yesterday which is out in november. I have to say it looks absolutely mint.

Managers can now click on any other manager’s name and issue a comment to the media relating to that person. The effects of these comments will see an increase in the amount of pressure surrounding title races, relegation battles, Cup ties and so on. It will also be possible to use this feature in relation to your own players, other clubs, media pundits etc.

Managers can now approach other clubs to offer young players on loan, a process which will make it easier to give younger players competitive experience. Also, when players’ loan periods expire, the manager will have an opportunity to extend the loan (where appropriate).

Add this to the fact that players agents give you video footage of their player if you are interested in buying them.

Can't wait. Any other champ fans out there?

Actually comes out on October 29th 2004, but I'll be in Amsterdam then, so I wont be getting it until 2nd November when I'm back.

u cant beat champ manager
anyone ever play the ea sports one?
wasnt bad, u could build up the stadium and buy the right back room staff but it had too many cheats when u buy players.
Champ man 2005 will be top of the list

im a big fan of the champ man series, but im too skint to be spending money on any games
