I went to see Jimmy Carr last Sunday and the guy was absolutely hilarious. Well worth going to see if ya get the chance.

Jack Dee isnt bad.

Peter Kay is over rated IMO, his acsent is awful and doesnt help him and his jokes IMO, he isnt as funny as everyone makes out

Lee Evans is brilliant, went to see him in the Liverpool Philharmonic last Monday, it was like a pre-tour gig where he tried out loads of new material to see what went down the best for his massive upcoming tour.

He came on at 8 until about 9.10, then had about a 20 minute interval and came back on just after 9.30 until 11.
Didnt think he would be on nearly as long as that and he was superb.

I used to do a bit of stand up comedy a few year back. I only did one proper gig though. This fella asked me to go do a sunday afternoon at an old peoples home. I stood there for 1hr 30 minutes doing my comedy routine but not one of the old people laughed. they all still p!ssed themselves though.
