I think everyone has a "lost love" woof. I think its even harder when you never see them, they never get old, lose their looks and you always wonder what if. I have been married for a fair while and I still have bad days when I remember her.

I met and lost the love of my life some years ago...there was good and bad in our relationship and he prob wasn't the 'right one' for me, but I loved him nevertheless.

However, I wouldn't go back with him now, even if I could...but at least I know what it is to have been in love I suppose...


After going out for 5 years he left me for an older woman 


They say 'it is beter to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all'....

I don't really buy this as the pain from breaking up can be unbearable at the time....

I'm getting all maudlin' now....but it's good to be over it.
